He is a Certified Public Accountant and has ten years of audit experience. He is a graduate of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds a diploma from the Institute of Internal Controls (IIC). He also holds a Master of Arts in Management from the University of Winchester and he is a graduate of the University of Macedonia of the Master’s Program in “Applied Accounting and Auditing”.
He has a long audit experience and specifically for 7 consecutive years he worked as an auditor in two of the largest audit firms internationally. As a Certified Public Accountant he has carried out audits of multinational and Greek industrial and commercial enterprises operating in food, hotel, pharmaceutical and insurance sectors, as well as service companies in various sectors.
He has experience in auditing companies that apply IFRS and Greek Accounting Standards and has extensive experience in tax audit. He has also been involved in special audits for the purposes of mergers, as well as company acquisitions.
