She is a Certified Public Accountant with 20 years of experience in the field of audit and consulting services. She is a graduate of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She was a member of multinational audit firms for many years.
During her career she has participated in the conduct of regular and financial audits of large companies, of all sectors and has served as head of an audit working group in several multinationals, listed and non-listed companies. She has experience in auditing banks, public sector companies and large industrial units. She has participated in audit projects in the construction, industrial and commercia, tourism and information technology sectors.
She has significant experience in audits for the establishment of private investment aid schemes for the regional and economic development of Greece. has also been involved in special audits for the purposes of company mergers, company acquisitions, listing on the stock exchange.
